[Misc] Last night on Japan TV – Kimetsu no Yaiba (Demon Slayer)

On TV last night was a mini marathon of Kimetsu no Yaiba, playing a few episodes of the anime back to back!

The actual marathon is announced on the official Twitter as well, bundling some episodes back to back to show the strong bond between the Kamado siblings. This is happening on Saturday nights for 2 weeks, and last night was the first night!

Even YamaP was watching it!

Now all this isn’t surprising. What caught everyone’s eye was this sponsorship… Eh?

So if a collab magically appears, don’t be surprised… Especially since Kimetsu no Yaiba is literally collabing with everything in Japan at the moment, including Uniqlo (clothing company) and Nissin instant noodles (I bought some myself too).

Have a meme to go with this too:

  1. well, I never really liked anime. Then Yu Yu Hakusho collab came and this blog site had an author do a write up about the units that made the show sound interesting so I gave YYH a shot. I ended up loving the show. Same thing happened for FMA and Full Metal Panic. Maybe This will be the next anime I get into and watch thanks to the collaborations in PAD.

    1. PAD definitely exposed me to more anime as well! And Ken was really passionate about YYH, glad it gave you a push to watch it. Thanks for reminding me to start Full Metal Panic as well. :3

      1. I THINK it was on Hulu when I watched it, else anime seems to be easy to find a way to watch whether or not its on official streaming sites or not. Chidori was great and it’s fun to see how the orb skin character and the bonta kun assist fits into the show. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

        1. To be honest I really wanna know why everyone liked Chidori, I think it’s on CrunchyRoll so I can watch it! Will watch it after rewatching some Kimetsu no Yaiba! 😀

          1. Who doesn’t like a tsundere?
On a serious note, I think it was the voice actress. She’s just voiced Chidori perfectly.
