1. I will forever be disappointed by this collab for being centered around the human characters and not the monsters themselves. An Obelisk the Tormentor 7* would have been way cooler than Kaiba. A Harpy Lady with a Harpy Lady Sisters equips and Cyber Harpy Lady ult would have been cooler than Mai Valentine. What a way to disrespect an IP.

   1. An Exodia where you have to get all of the parts would be great. Get the head via in game mail and get all the rest of the parts through a special tiered dungeon upon completion of each floor.

      1. They could have milked that for a while since theres the nekros version of exodia too.

         Maybe go full sins style and make each 5 pieces an equip to grind for and when you complete the dungeon with all 5 pieces you can get a beast mode exodia farmable to drop.

         They could also try out making exodia a 5 step transform card that starts with a leg, then 2 legs, etc until after 5 transforms you have the final ultimate form.

   2. Well Idk, I prefer the actual characters cause you can get so many variations of them. Having both the character and their signature monster in my opinion is better than just the monster cause you’ll have very limited options on artwork.

      1. I understand what you are saying. Having human characters allows more variety for monsters to get all the signature cards attached to them. The main thing I think I dont like is that the monster portraits in dungeon focus on the human instead of the monster paired with them.
         It makes a lot of sense for characters like Marik and Yugi because they actually do transform into alter egos, but both Kaiba forms feel like Kaiba instead of Kaiba with his 2 signature cards (plus the equip is a card instead of his necklace with his little brothers photo)

         1. That is true, they should be half and half in terms of artwork and about the equip you just mentioning mokuba’s picture as a necklace reminds me that they should’ve had the puzzle/rod as yugi and Malicks equip fits perfectly. You think jaden/yusei might show up?

            1. unfortunately what Reni translated says is to expect more cards from SEVENS. I dont even know what that is. We probably wont be seeing Elelmental heros, the dark egyption gods, vechicroids (cmon we need machine types), seal of orichalchos equip, or any fun things that are nostalgic.

3. I’d say that Yugi and YuGiOh collab with its skill boost support in fortress winged dragon is why the transform meta took off. Yugi might replace Araragi and Ina as the go to partners for Evil Ryu.

      1. Karn had a hard enough life before he was abandoned by gungho. Jhoira with condensed awakenings would be such a meta sub rn.

         1. Hope Gungho adds more main characters/cards like Yusei and Stardust, Yuma and Utopia, etc.

            1. Chaz with his armoured dragon lv 3 5 and 7 or XYZ tank would be sexy. Or zane with cyber end. Or sebastion with the H2O and hydrogen dragons that ruled the meta. dr crowler iron golem or that bara hot af principal with the bald head yummy 💦
