can anyone explain the active for the brooch?
if you use an ability does it make it last 99 turns or is it something like a haste?
Should be opposite of haste so it’s like when an enemy uses skill delay on your team. Basically -99 cooldown. I think self-inflicted skill delay ignores skill delay resist latents too, though you’d still be looking at -91 turn cooldown at best then.
