Google region lock payments, does some have a solution for this?
You have to use a VPN to make a new Japanese Google Play account. You’ll need a Japanese address to use, I used one that I already had from a package forwarding service like Tenso. You could try just using a fake one or using some random hotel’s address or something but I can’t guarantee that it will work. Then remove all existing Google accounts from your Android device and clear the Google Play Store storage and cache. Log in with your new JP Google Play account and add your credit card as a payment method (I had to use my actual zip code for this part, not the zip code I used in the address from the first part). Now you can try to make purchases in PAD JP. You might get blocked, and then you ‘ll have to start going through Google’s customer service to get it resolved which will take 24-48 hours each time and then you might be lucky to make one purchase and then get blocked again and you repeat the process. It’s a huge pain in the ass but I got it working eventually after over a week of opening new support tickets. One of my friends hasn’t been so lucky though and is still blocked. From what I’ve heard, Paypal has a higher success rate than credit cards so you could try that, but I don’t have any experience.
Alternatively, if you have access to an iOS device, Amazon JP just added the ability to purchase JP iTunes gift cards on there with no markup like the reseller sites, and they take foreign credit cards, so you can just load up on those and purchase through a JP Apple account.

I manage to create a Japanese account with a VPN, but no luck with the payment part credit card and paypal are asking for a cell number and zip code and I don’t feel safe entering random info on that. Then I try a Google gift card and it said it can only be use on the U.S 🙁 Thanks for the info
