Leader Skill with Awoken Bind Recovery – The Limitation
Champion All-Star Collab brings us a new Awoken Bind Recovery leader skill, and there’s some limitation to it!

(5-star card) from Champion All-Star collab are the first two with these leader skill. While this is currently in a likely JP-only collab, we may expect this new type of leader skill on non-collab cards.
For Cutie Honey, the leader skill reads:
2x HP & ATK for Light Att.; 7x ATK when 6 or more combos; Recover Awoken Bind status by 5 turns when healing 20,000 HP by matching Heal orbs.

Fether pointed out what awakenings will/will not work after the recovery. Here’s the summary:
If this portion of the leader skill is active and remove all awoken bind, Combo Boost (7c)
(and obviously rows and TPA
) awakenings will not active on current solve, but Killers will be active!
Why is this?
Because the awoken bind recovery is not immediate. The order in a turn goes as such:
- Combo (7c etc. should take place here)
- Heal (+ Awoken skill bind recovery from Leader Skill)
- The damage glowy thing flies to enemy and hit them with killer (that’s exact wording from fether lol)
So 7c and such are in the combo phase and would not be active in that turn. Killer awakenings, however are not affected by any of the matching portion and will be effective on the same turn.
