Devil May Cry (DMC) collab details is finally here, after the announcement during Pre-7th anniversary stream! Initial it was supposed to be DMC5 collab, now it’s a full DMC collab for the whole series!

Devil May Cry (DMC) (JP: デビル メイ クライ) was originally intended to be part of the Resident Evil franchise, however it spun off so far it became its own franchise and developed its own stylish, hard core, high-risk high-reward hack and slash genre. The first entry of the game Devil May Cry introduced Dante and Trish while Vergil, Griffon, Phantom and Nightmare showed their faces. Devil May Cry 2 featured Lucia as one of the two playable character, the other one being Dante. Matier did also show up in 2 for story purpose. Devil May Cry 3 revolved around the rivalry between the brothers Dante and Vergil and also introduced Lady. In Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition, Vergil was made playable the first time in the franchise. Following up in Devil May Cry 4 the main character shifted from Dante to Nero, who we later found out to be Vergil’s son. Kyrie, Nero’s girlfriend was also introduced in 4. In the Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition, both Trish and Lady debuted as playable character as well as Vergil receiving moderate changes to his moveset from DMC3. After 10 years of waiting, finally, Devil May Cry 5 has been announced with pretty much the same gang and a new playable character V and a supportive character Nico.

Why did the collab take so long to arrive PAD?
DMC collab was initially announced as DMC5 collab during 7-Year anniversary of PAD, on February 20, 2019. YamaP said initially the collab was only DMC5 for the game’s release, and planned to only have Monster Point shop/Monster Exchange units. It later become a full collab, so restructuring took time.

At a glance this looks like a roll for Kyrie, buy Nico and trade for lucia collab
I don’t get how you’re so excited. Kyrie is serviceable, but there’s better alternatives for almost all teams; 3 turns recovery of each mechanic is not sufficient in a lot of dungeons. The other 5 stars straight up suck. It’s a pretty top heavy machine.

To be fair, to get that Faska (that’s right, Faska, and it will forever be that way) active, you do need to transform her.
And not all players can transform her first then. So essentially it’s 23 turns assuming you can’t transform her first turn
To add to this, Fasca’s CD is always at least 6 when you enter the dungeon, even if you transform her on the first turn. Transforming sets you at max CD. Kyrie on the other hand can be up on the first turn.

What are some good 7×6 board pairing for Lucia? I can only think of Diablos

Aten is not Devil, and Lucia is not God though. On top of that, finding cards that fit both, and still work well with the team, does not sound all that fun. I would much rather build a 5×6 team at that point. Aljae would be a much better pairing, as she basically requires the same things to function, and provides a strong offensive multiplier, damage void null active, high personal damage, and a large shield.
I think I’ll trade for Lucia on my alt account to pair with my Yami Marik on my main account.
What are the chances that this collab will come to NA?
All we can say is non-zero. As with any collabs, no one can tell you a definite answer until any official announcements.
I’m pretty sure it’ll come to NA cause i remember the original collab being announced on an NA stream last year awhile ago.
There are no guarantees. We still have not seen Mickey Mouse and Friends, which is something you would think NA would get. Meanwhile, we have seen plenty of collabs that you might think were less likely for us to get, or that we thought we would never get since we did not get them within the normal time frame.
Thats because Yama P is a ever loving douchbag To N.A players and he wonders why we lose interest
