Previously you can get her by purchasing a real life card from GungHo Festival or on Amazon JP, for the QR code to obtain her through the PAD Battle app (which btw are all expired at this point).

Do we even have Dark Myr in the NA region? That being said, will she be released to the NA region at some point so this can be included in PAD Pass for a day?
