Athena Another from Shinrabansho collab received a buff, has a new kind of active skill of generating Heart cross It’s so weird that we look at it thinking… Is this a programming error?

The active skill

Her recent buff gave her a heart cross when the skill is used. It’s a brand new effect different from

Thouzer or
Orage. You might thought there’s no interaction with board size but this will make you go… what?

Japanese PAD Pro-gamer Daks (ダックス) tested out the active in different board sizes, and here’s the result:

Tl;dw:

On 6×5 board it looks fine, after using Mechanical Goemon then Athena Another’s active skill for the cross.

On 7×6 board, this cross looks wrong. At least it’s consistently on the bottom right.

5×4 board. What cross is this?! Tetris??

Maybe we’ll hear a patch on this eventually – It’s most likely a programming oversight anyhow.
