How to get this

Dungeon is claimed in PAD Radar (a Treasure, which is Japan-only), then obtained as gift dungeon in PAD mail.

Thoughts: I guess they didn’t have enough audience and want to get more people going? Who knows. (Doesn’t help that they don’t sell PAD goods now until the finale, to be honest. Even I skipped the local one this year…)
