I’m curious as to why they are doing this. Wasn’t the point of the Power Rangers collab to replace Kamen Rider? Why suddenly change it like this?……
The Power Rangers Collab technically was the substitute for the Yokai Watch Collab featuring cards of relative similarity, albeit super-charged for a 10-Magic Stone REM.
Kamen Rider, although more similar thematically to Power Rangers in addition to both being Toei intellectual property, is kind of off doing its own thing in terms of its card line-up.
The closest thing to Kamen Rider in Power Rangers, other than them both being the same genre, was that Green Ranger had three ultra that were different from his base in the same way Kamen Rider Black does. Other than that, all of the cards in Power Rangers were derived from Yokai Watch cards.

What do you mean by combination of the two runs?
Japan already had 2 runs of Kamen Rider. NA is likely not receiving the first run, but both at once. It has happened in the past.
Ok. I thought there might be something different about it based on calling it a combination, rather than just saying that we are going to get the most recent version.
It’s considered as the “first run” in NA, so yeah.
I love this. A lot of the 5 star can be turned into useful weapons.
