Many people didn’t get the first-time clear rewards from the current event (you’re not alone). GungHo staff have now fixed it, and the rewards should be delivered now.
No compensations for this error.
Still not fixed for everyone unfortunately. Still haven’t received mine.

It was a minor erro. It did not affect anything if the rewards are distributed. If there even was anything, it would have been given only to those affected.
When is N.A going to get somthing fresh and new this game us stagnating for s lot of long time N.A players…
Probably not in a while, seeing what happened when NA got something special last time… Too many people thinking “NA deserves things” and are way too demanding tbh.
Also, decisions are made by Japan for the most part. It’s really apparent if you look at how they handled the #stayhome events.
