Samurai Spirits
First released in 1993, Samurai Spirits (侍魂, NA: Samurai Shodown) is, as you may expect, a sword fighting game from SNK Cooperation! The collab first arrived in PAD late 2019, and many dreamed of its return! [ SNK Official site (JP) / (NA) ]
During the last run (in 2019) there was a DLC on PAD-themed costumes, and I’m just keeping it here for laughs/traumatizing everyone. 😀

I wish earthquake wasn’t so but ugly. Fudo 2450 and 2451 are chubby bug belly boys who look fine in PaD. The artist for Earthquake split his belly in half looking like a scar from surgery and made his face look like a demon unlike the game appearance. The base form would make a F-A-N-tastic sub fir something like Remu or Gilleon, but he’s too ug to want on my team there are so many handsome big men and gainers out thereand a lot of artwork that makes them look cute and bara like. but Earthquake is an eyesore. I hope a revo comes in the future run with the same short skill as the base version because I actually want him as a sub. I just can’t be seen in 3p without a good looking team
they could have at least shown us the soles of his feet. I play pad for the gameplay, but I collect cards to appreciate the artwork like everyone else after ive built up my main team for the current meta
