The first person who found them all was ドラライ松岡 (Dragon Rider Matsuoka)! His name is now added to the credits in-game in PAD!
Matsuoka (Twitter) actually has won Top 10 in several PAD Radar rankings, though he claims to be not good at puzzles (so humble)!
