YamaP in his tweet teaser some of the next update coming up first in 2022
YamaP: We will start off the first update in 2022 with some tweaks to MD (Dimension of Mystics). We plan to shift the health % of execution moves (probably to a lower %) for spawns in all the floors in MD (that means including all MD1, 2 and 3) and Sanctuary of Gods (Ciel, Non and Giga Descended). The update will be implemented soon, so stay tuned for the update!

These were always stupid anyways. This really isnt much when theres dungeons like Shura where Menoa can still death rattle you because of the damage cap limiting you. In fact all one turn executes should be removed.
True most of my attempts on MD 1 and 2 always end up with an execute just becuase I didn’t do enough damage to either kill or skyfall wasn’t on my side and gave me 20 unneeded combos. This is a very frustrating mechanic in the game and I’m glad they are toning down the difficulty so I can at least clear them more often
