1. Which one to exchange for? All 3 seem very similar

2. Has anyone figured out Klaus is related to? I am guessing Dragon Callers, but I want to know if anyone has a better guess. Plishia looks like she is related to the sprites, and Tuore is almost certainly related to the Pis. It is a real shame that they did not make a Pi orb skin.

      Absolutely nothing!
      none of them are connected to a particular series. not a single one. Prisiclla is a fae, but she doesn’t really have anything to do with the sprites except for being the same species, it just so happens that sena enjoys drawing fae (3/6 of their designs for this game are fairies)
      I… don’t know where you got the tuore is a py lady from except the megaphone…? The pys have party horns, which aren’t similar to megaphones except for the shape
      But yeah these gfes don’t have and series connections, tuore is just a hyperactive pan bitch, prisicilla is just a slightly murderous fae, and klaus is just a doctor.

      1. While I can accept the possibility I am trying to read too much into Priscilla and Clause having connections to specific groups, Tuore is a different story. I was honestly not even trying to make connections until I saw ult Tuore. The instant I saw it come up on stream, I said that she looked like a Pi. That is what lead me to think about what the other two could be related to. This sort of logic is really all that of a leap. Considering they are for the anniversary of the game, and the past two years, for both the anniversary and the appreciation event, we have gotten card/series revival cards.

         As for what about Tuore’s ult design that just screamed Pi to me, there are several aspects:

         One of them is the megaphone, as you mentioned. While similar shape can be enough to start creating parallels in art, you are absolutely wrong about it being the only similarity between it and the Pi’s horn. In fact, the shape is actually related to their shared function of amplifying sound. The shape is shared by many instruments classified as horns, and is why another name for the megaphone is a bullhorn.

         Another aspect is their hair. Both the Pis and Tuore share white hair accented by the color of their attributes. Tuore’s hair has a similar movement to it as the Pi’s hair, most notably in Rainbowpi, as well.

         A third factor is that they both possess wings.

         (An afterthought when I was looking at the Tuore and the Pis, is that Tuore also just so happens to have a similar personality to Woodpi.)

         While you could say that some of it could just be a coincidence, it is unlikely that so many things, especially given the surrounding in which Tuore exists, are merely a coincidence. Everything does not need to be exactly the same for two things to be related.

         (As a seperate thing, I would not say that 3/6 designs is a good indication of a person’s interest in a particular type of character design. If you look at other works they have done, that are not designs they are not responsible for that they had to draw for work, you will not find a bunch of fae. The Gungho collab cards that are listed under sena are ones that they drew for Summons Board. If you look through them, you will not see fae. While you can argue that it is simply because they did what they needed for their assigned projects, the same could also be said about their PAD original work.

         Going off of this, we do not know enough about how Gungho handles assignments. Do artists get to pick what they want to work on? What kind of guidelines do they get? Unless we know the degree of freedom the artists have in the specifics of the assignment, we cannot just say that they have particular taste. It is likely that sena has particular skills that make them the right person to draw fae characters, or that they were simply assigned to do them after they worked on Elsha. [This could also mean that there was indeed intent to make a character that fit in with the sprites.]

         If you then take a look at their Twitter, you will also not see much in the line of fae. What you will see that seems to be indicative of their taste are the clothes, and atmosphere. I would say that base Priscilla does have the former, and even possesses, at least some, of the later.)

      They’re just a doctor, murderous fae, and cheerleader that canonically exist in the pad universe who are very stong with no series attachments

3. Doesn’t the the katakana for 7026 and 7027 read closer to Plishira, or even Priscilla? I think someone might have mistaken the “ra” for “a”.

Ima try to get some donations for you or something going, because this is clearly like a full time job sometimes.          1. You’re totally right, I did feel the burnout especially last night! I did sleep in between and went out for food thankfully 😀

            Thankfully fether and Karyu did most of the translations, so I really just had to format some things and it’s good to go. It’s a loooot more bearable than previous years for sure!

            (And yes this really does feel like a full time job at times, not even gonna lie lol. I was telling someone that I literally can’t be sick otherwise no updates…)

      1. While we are on that, could Toure possibly be something like “Tori” more likely when brought over?

         The fire and water ones in base forms look like good pairings to be with blades and saber from Kamen Rider.

4. Maybe just me….. but these are the first orb skins in a long time that I’ve wanted, not for the card, just for the orb skin! I am not really a fan of the skins with faces. I like orb skins with symbols (and the same symbol!) I love em.

   Also all the cards look so cute! I’m glad we get a husbando in there too!

   1. I can appreciate the change in pace too! Would totally love to see more symbols for orb skills! But the real question is: base or uvo for Mr. husbando? 😅
