11 Replies to “[Day 2 Teaser Added] New GFE and Evolutions Coming Soon”

  1. Wowie triple karat for the triple bulbblie flambé and woodsie good pairing

  2. And here I thought powercreep was not before a while. They’re really going to lose their fanbase at this rate, slowly but surely (especially in NA after the banning of paddb).

    1. Happy to see Saline’s new evolution get a second chance at a do over. One of the rare times a card got a complete revision in light of feedback from JP fans. She went from an iffy L-Attack focused card with a pretty incoherent cocktail of Awoken Skill and Active Skills to pure Light Super Enhanced Matching fury capable of converting the entire board to light on a 6 turn CD after her skill evolves, along with potentially 3x Super Enhanced Matching. Her natural sub-attribute still being dark kind of hurts her new playstyle given what her AS now does, but at least her role is a lot more focused on now.

  3. Gungho has an interesting (economically speaking) strategy to make us use stones. Besides godfests and collabs, they now put new decent monsters in the rare egg machine. To be fair, monthly dungeons now give large amount of stones.
And by the way, thank you Karyu for all your help for PaD users.

    1. monthly dungeons now give a large amount of stone

Not to me. I havent done any of them and I refuse to. They stopped doing 120 stone login period gifts so they could instead make players spend 2+ hours teambuilding and running the latter half of monthlies. I’m not doing that.

      1. Definitely understand where you’re coming from. Even though the May and June dungeons in NA potentially give 120 Magic Stones, most players will get only less than half of that because 65 of them are locked away in C11 to C15 alone.
New and more casual PAD players could likely make it to C7 before the game starts putting the boot on their neck, so that means only about 28 Magic Stones total, less than a quarter of the total.
Now, while 28 Magic Stones for a Quest Dungeon is still way better than what past Quest Dungeons have given, it needs to be said the dungeon design for some of the May Quest Dungeon’s upper floors are… let’s just say I’m pretty sure they violate some sections of the Geneva Convention. The timing also couldn’t be worst with us no longer having access to third party dungeon outlines, which often makes trial and error a costly experience.

  4. I just realized we got Aggregate dragon before we got pad academy. what’s going on with NA?

    1. Of the seasonal events, PAD Academy typically has the largest deviation between JP and NA when it comes to timing. Basically, JP gets it in April because that’s when school starts there, NA typically gets it around June because that’s when school ends here, although it varies a bit every year. On that note, PAD Academy was just officially announced to start in NA on June 5th next week.
Aggregate coming to NA so early on the other-hand is genuinely an anomaly. Pretty sure we haven’t even gotten his actual Unknown Nova flood yet, or even the floor that was suppose to come before that for the matter.
