        So I posit this, he’s right there in the picture, being ridden by Anne, Mary, and Thor, and secretly loving every minute of it!

      1. Maybe in the P&D-verse, Loki left Thor able to shift between man and woman forms at will after the Thrym situation? With Thor ultimately appreciating it. (Sif has yet to respond for commentary.)

    1. Did you see the buff to base form though? They finally realized killers are only good awakenings when its a SA or equip and theyGTFO’s with them to make room for 2 skillboosts and a blue taki. So much justice

  2. Really mad that we didn’t get Daddy Thor in a speedo. But that active is really for Phyllis so I’m not as mad…but my man pecs 😢

    1. Thor in the style of beach Tardis would have been everything for me. And with him on a Kio team I could slash fic them and everything. Maybe via Root we can change the image file to some fanart. Thor may singlehandedly save light teams. They almost all struggle with VDP. Kio has his own light taki and the light girl from Fate collab gives Kio an extra light Taki AND a 2 turn haste so a fasca or other transform sub will be ok.

      I’m thinking something along the lines of Gigas being Kio’s school bully and all the girls are into Kio but hes not really that self confident or into them and secretly likes when Gigas bullies him. Then when school has their beach field trip man Thor is the lifeguard and Kio starts drowning because of a prank that Gigas pulled on him (Gigas is secretly also really really into Kio and we might get a Kio ult that moves the picture to center Gigas saving the ball and its basically a Light Red card version instead of Light and Blue) and while drowning he sees Tardis coming to save him but then Thor makes it in time and Kio can’t decide who he likes more between his hisem (male harem) of Gigas, Tardis, and Thor. Just wait until comic #4 of this series because thats when Kio meets a special wolfman from the chrono magia world. Who do I comish on baraaddiction to make this comic real guys?

      1. Doctor_Anfelo and beach metatron has an instant heal in her cleric active so she is probably more compatible with Kio teams using female Thor

    2. There is an evolution line button in his artwork. Its probably because he has an assist but it could be a masc expressing Thor recolor like with Pad Athena’s glasses and the tan beach dark valk.

      1. It’s Fisher of Mjollnir. He’s his usual male self this time, and shirtless, albeit with his back to us.

    3. He’d be better with a jockstrap. That way the tanlines will look nice on his art.

    4. Looks like we actually do get him! Hasn’t been posted here yet, but the pad_sexy account posted a male Beach Thor that will apparently be a black medal monster exchange offering.

  3. I’m kinda liking Thor to be on a team with Academy Kio. Really helps with the lack of VDP, both create light and water easily and the 10 combo awakenings pair as well.

    1. Is Kio’s 65% shield really enough though? Chidori has 9x eHP and a regular HP buffer is good to have so when you botch an orb wiggle you don’t die. You really only need about a 35% shield in case of the semi common 150% gravity. Thor himself has 6.25x HP with 43.75% damage reduction with a strong FUA. Kio might be better as a sub on Thor Chidori teams.

      1. Makes sense. I’m not sure who I would use a leads 100% yet. Since I play on the NA region so we’re out s few collabs. (Mainly referring to Cap Marvel)
        I have two Kio that I like to use as subs now, but it’s more of a team I just play with not one I try to clear endgame content with. Beach Thor might be good on a Dahlia lead team.

        1. Don’t brainstorm too hard until beach is fully revealed. Swimsuit Mariel will likely be LB or BL and may be the best lead for Kio and Thor.

            1. scratch that. She’s a rainbow lead. A good rainbow lead though. I think she will either self pair nicely or be a good pair for silver remdra.

              1. I like silver remdra. I have em on my water faerie team (hydrangea iirc) and the remdra double damage caps really easy with water rows. I guess I could start using rainbow teams again, would be fun and if she’s strong then maybe I could cycle her in my friend lead slots for those who didn’t get her.

  4. I’m just gonna say it. Bottled Saxifrage is the superior equip compared BJ’s equip. BJ’s equip is really bad. Unless you specifically need the red orbs then you are better off choosing the haste.

  5. I am curbing enthusiasm until Beach Veroah buffs are shown, Beach Tardis Ult is shown, and for Beach GRonia’s equip.

  6. I want BPlanar’s max cooldown to become 8 turns just like uvo Chun-Li’s cool down is, or even lower.

    1. Void enemy def and delay for 2 turns. No cooldown adjustment. Maybe an att aborb null. Chun Li has a good skill and bad awakenings because of the sub attribute enhance combo wasting a slot and BPlanar will have good awakenings and a bad skill.

      1. Mariel is god type. There are many cards that have god typing and dragon or attacker (including Dyer) to support them as leads. duh lol

      2. In addition to anon speaking on how their types are compatible and there are subs for both:

        Dyer has +5 seconds and autoFUA and has trouble procing his 10c awakening

        Mariel makes up for Dyer’s 10c issues while Dyer buffers TE needs (which frees the team badge slot) and provides FUA.

        Together they have high raw HP to survive hits on accident turns and have a high shield to give a good eHP rating.

        Rainbow teams have the ultimatum of choosing between DDC latent or VDP latent on their strong cards. Mariel is non trans and therefore would be a candidate for DDC latent at 120. Dyer’s active can make the choice to take DDC on Mariel the obvious choice.

        We will have to see its efficacy when Mariel is released, but I think the outlook is that it is based.

  7. we are at a point where autofua has taken over. FUA and sFUA awakenings either need to be removed to make room for better awakenings or need to be buffed to make nail orbs have an increased chance to skyfall, or be buffed to do a bonus attack equal to 1% of enemies HP as a gravity immune to absorb and null (sFUA up to 2% or something to make it worth it). Same concept of nail orb skyfall increase with FUA should be applied to Combo Orb. An awakening’s value shouldn’t solely rely on the card also having a 6 latent slot latent being equipped.

  8. Why do they keep baking in skill charge in the cooldowns for cards with the awoken? Mariel should be an 8 turn cooldown that has the benefit of being able to self loop if you hit rainbow every turn. 12 turns is way too long for a basic skill like that. VAkine and Aline has the same issue with the way to long cooldown because of the awoken skill. Mariel could have another 7 combo and lower cooldown of YamaP had just not put that awoken skill on her.

  9. I hope they give Bveroah a buff, primarily a shield (50% min) or a slight adjustment of awakenings,

    1. BVeroah is a blue blob lead with RCV deficit issues and an active skill that lowers RCV for a turn. Yes it can override a worse RCV debuff but thats a turn of .25 RCV. BVeroah also has a dungeon bonus awakening. This essentially means she has one less useful awakening than any other card.

      She’s just a great value version of Hydrangea now. 🦋🧚‍♂️ is the meta blue blob lead. If anything BVeroah will be an alternate pairing for Velkhana for those without Hydrangea.

      1. I don’t know why you’re explaining this to me, but okay. On a side note, I have Hydrangea and would like BVeroah to be an alternate pairing with her since I don’t have Velkhana and don’t want to rely on friends for a pairing. Ended up getting the blue fairy when I wanted the yellow one, sad times.

  10. Is this the first time in pad history that Quick Cure and Quick Heal have had the same cooldown? Awoken Isis traded her Heal for Quick Guard but its starting to seem like she traded down.

  11. I’m disappointed with Beach Gronia’s buffs. Her base form gets two skill boosts and a move time while her evo just gets physical type added with them both getting a new super awakening and an active reduction. I mean, she’s just sitting in my monster box but I was hoping for some more usability from this cute dragon waifu.
    I like Planars reduction in cool down for her active but they did best girl Veroah dirty by only giving her a skill boost.

    1. Its a 12 turn 2 turn haste with green blue board, 3 green rows, and a green taki. My only complaint is that there’s no skill boost and that the artwork sucks. These mass artwork assists are cool for the fact that GH can release a lot at a time, but the artwork for equips like FMA or old equips are so much more expressive and respectful to the original art. Stuff like fans and school ID’s should be placeholder art until an artist can be commissioned to make cool stuff like Kio’s football. I’m stuck with choosing the better stats and awakenings of Kio’s ID or the awesome artwork of his ball when the two should be combined.
