Slight rule changes for board refresh type actives
GungHo finally taking action to those relying on refresh strategy! When a board refresh (shuffle all orbs) type of skill is used, whether your orbs match by skyfall or whether enemies are defeated, turn used and combos will be counted to your final score. (So that people can’t abuse the strategy anymore for higher scores)
Style points

Interesting to see such a big time and combo difference between #1 and #2 but scores within 200 points of one another. I don’t pay THAT much attention but that seems rare.
It’s not as common now for sure, but it definitely shows that there’s more than 1 way in scoring high! Daks did a lot of trial and error before getting this score, it’s quite impressive. He thanked a few other PAD pros too, for discussion and support in this. It’s just awesome to see a healthy competition. 🙂
I recall a few rankings with Top 2 being pretty close as well, sometimes even tied for 1st place. It’s not that common nowadays though, with style bonuses!
