Meiji Chocolate, What?

So the whole thing is sponsored by Meiji Chocolate! This is how they tie PAD with chocolate…

Every contestant tomorrow will wear a badge, showing a chocolate package, on their shirt, and those who go to TGS 2018 get to vote for their favorite ProGamer. If that ProGamer wins, 10 lucky winners get a chocolate.

There’s also another JP-exclusive campaign on predicting the winner, where one random person will win 1-year’s worth of Meiji Almond Chocolate. Yeahhhh.

The Tournament

This is a PAD Radar tournament, where 9 PAD Pro-Gamers battle each other! Top 3 players plus runner-up will move forward to the final tournament held at Tokyo Game Show (TGS).

Tokyo Game Show is a video game convention held annually in Japan, showcasing Japanese games.

Contestants

9 PAD Pro-Gamers whom we recognize are in! Many of them often hit top 10 in PAD Radar Ranking Battles (Fearless, Suu, sakurai, Akki for example), and some even in PAD Ranking Dungeons (Daks, Akki, Yuwa).

Prizes

1st Place: 5,000,000 yen (~45k USD)
2nd Place: 3,000,000 yen
3rd place: 1,000,000 yen
4th – 9th place: 200,000 yen

Rules

PAD Radar tournament! 2 wins needed for victory.
Up to 4 teams (different leaders) can be registered, no dupes across all teams. No awakening changes after registration.
Only monsters with rarity ☆5 or above can be used.
1 out of the 4 team can be chosen per match, and contestants cannot use the same team in that match.
Only accessories allowed is a stylus.
