  2. Really cool and loving all these revos/new colors, espically like at like surprising times recently, but for 2 extra CD from the 3 originally.. that kio active needs to be reduced by 1. Can’t really justify making the CD from 3 to 5 for a mere 1.5 self attack

      2. Yeah. the cooldown makes him unusable for Seina and Seawolf. Potentially if it were a 3 turn cooldown 2 Kio’s with one 2 turn active from seina or seawolf could be made into a system but they right effed him up.

        Suiu and Highren just got some good buffs and we just got the icyhot guy from MHA. Summer beach is about to drop with Barbara and Julie buffs. Kio removing void void and BJ for killer’s plus ddc latent should mean a lot of 5 billion damage ticks

    2. Remember, the 3-turn CD only makes the active pierce through damage void IF you’re on floor 6 or higher. Taking away that condition could justify the extra +1 turn CD on top of the 1.5x ATK for self adding another +1 CD. I could still see it being feasible as a 4-turn CD, though.

      1. Lets not pretend the floor 6 rule on regular gakuen kio doesnt ruin the entire card. the dragon killers and no HP are bad enough but not enough to ruin it like a bad skill
