He pointed out that while low-usage Fest Exclusives were buffed, high-usage GFE such as Ilm and Typhon (whoops Japanese confusing) were also buffed!

    1. Plenty of people do, he’s a low cd hazard skyfall overwrite that’s good for inheriting over and does solid damage with his god killers. He might not be used as often now due to new anti-hazard skyfall latents and quality of subs improving but he’s still popular as a sub on most rainbow and combo-based teams.

    1. It’s a confusion in translation, YamaP means high usage GFE’s like ilm were buffed but low usage ones like typhon were also buffed.

  1. some cool buffs. alot of fairly small nice things here. Like the grimory leader change. Honestly xmas kali shoudl’ve been buffed awhile ago though.

  2. Yomi dragon’s active just got cut in half i also noticed. 7 turns on 5 hearts and darks with a haste effect. That’s really good! especially for darks

    1. The cooldown only got reduced by two for Yomi Dragon, it was previously nine when maxed skilled. The number before the arrow is the unskilled cooldown.

  3. Am I the only one who finds these buffs disappointing? I don’t really think this makes most of the underused cards that much more attractive…

    1. This is clearly not every underused GFE. It is also quite possible we will see more during the stream at the end of the month. I would not say Skuld is that bad though. The buffs they gave her Reincarnated evolution were quite nice.

    1. I use Typhon all the time, and Christmas Ilmina and Valentine’s Ney a fair bit so I’m happy with the buffs for them. I think it’s great, thematically, that Ilm and Typhon got a secondary type that allows them to equip Dragon/Devil killers, respectively.
      Also, Paimon’s 75% shield above 50%? Wheew… Dunno why they gave Gremory a Combo Orb though, at least Zela has more synergistic awakenings and active with it. I wish they gave her back her Balanced typing instead.

    2. Who knows. If you are saying it thinking he is part of the MP Dragon series, then you are mistaken. Ragdrag is his own series. While they may all be dragons, the MP Dragon series have a few things in common that Ragdrag does not, which separates him from them.

      -They are all based on a God from different Mythologies
      -They were all added on a limited time basis. (Later they were put in groups of two on monthly rotations.)
      -They were all added consecutively (at least I remember it being that way).
      -They were all made to be a powerful card for each attribute to chase in the MP shop.
      -They all use the Radar 1 card (as well as other similar evolution material setups) that matches their attribute for their super ult.

      Ragnarok Dragon’s super ult also came out after the MP Dragons by about half a year, so he had a more recent ult than them. They are probably going to give him some new evolution as well, rather than buff what he already has. All we can do is wait. (Mayhe he will get something during the end of month stream that is replacing Gungho Fest this year.)

      1. I’m not saying it because he’s an MP dragon, I already know he’s not an REM God. I just want Ragdra buffed because it’s been so long.

        1. Fair enough. I will apologize for that. I do get a bit to into things, say too much, and go into writing unnecessarily long responses on top of all of that.

          1. I usually think about cover all possible scenarios, and miss the ways in which other people might read it. (I need to work on that.)

    1. I know. That combined with her Reincaranted buffs defiently increased her viability on teams. It also indirectly buffs Beach Fujin too, which is nice.

  4. I run Odin Dragon on a couple of my rainbow teams so that minor cooldown change is nice. As much as Ra Dragon was given that +combo to his active, I would’ve prefered a rainbow board change being added prior to the locked board but that’s just my ideal scenerio.

  5. They only buff this nonsense because they want to include old useless monsters in the godfest lineup again totaly worthless IMO id rather roll somthing new just another way to rip us long time players off….Sigh…😩😩😩

    1. Wouldn’t it be the opposite of a ripoff if what you already have gets better? You didn’t have to spend any currency on more rolls.
