About the new awakening

Here are some development news from YamaP, as JP is getting into Golden Week soon (holiday = no news and development). The team is currently developing new awakenings. As YamaP said, it could be very “game changing”. The new awakenings are planned to be implemented on assist cards mainly:

• Type Assist:
  • When base card is using an assist with the awakening, the base card will gain the indicated type after entering the dungeon
  • For example, the God Type Added awakening from the image above will allow the base card to gain God Type

• Sub. Att. Change Assist:
  • When base card is using an assist with the awakening, the base card’s sub att. will change to the indicated att. after entering the dungeon
  • The changed sub att. will deals 15% ATK
  • For example, a card with sub. water att. equips the “Sub Att. Change – Fire” awakening as shown in the image, the base card’s sub att. is changed to fire
  • If the base card only has 1 att., it will add a sub att. to the base card
  • If the base card has the same sub att. as the awakening indicated, there will be no effects, but it is not sure if the ATK scaling changes from 10% to 15%
  • It is not sure how it works with sub att. only cards yet
