  1. One the one hand, it’s a great UI feature. On the other hand, I’m not sure grinding to level 120 is worth it for under 300 HP, 90 ATK, and 9 RCV. If those are the kind of actual buffs you could expect to see from a Super Limit Broken card in general, 5 Super Snow Globes per unit feels a tad excessive.

    1. The main reason to Super Limit Break a card is to maximize its damage past the damage cap. Given the ridiculous amount of resources you need, I don’t know why you want to use it on a farmables like that one. Unless you can farm the Dark Hexazeon dungeon consistently

      1. Well, I wouldn’t use it on Volcano Dragon, of course, but since it looks like the level 110-120 stats are about 10% of the 99-110 stats, I think statwise it’d be a waste even for REM cards or LB stat beasts like Golkaos.

And yeah, you can break the damage cap with 120’d units, but that’s at the cost of most/all your latent slots – as it is, you won’t want to Super Limit Break anything that uses SDRs, VDP Latents, supplementary killer latents, anti-status skyfall latents, leader swap resists, etc.

Basically, I’m just saying that if the only real benefit of SLB is the damage cap break latent, then the viable pool of SLB targets looks exceedingly low. You’re probably only going to want it on one (non-transform, since currently none of the transform cards are valid for even regular LB) damage stick in your party to keep room for SDRs and assorted anti-status latents, and some team archetypes (such as Rainbow, who want their damage sticks to bypass void damage shield) likely won’t want it at all.

And let’s be honest, the cap breaker latent is probably going to be gated behind an arena that makes Dark Hexazeon’s look like tiddlywinks. : (
