While all these are going on, they will have PAD Championship and announcements, including upcoming new evolutions for R/B/G Starter, Light Myr, and Dark Athena!

Show your PAD game, and get a QR code to scan for Light Sonia at the venue! Dungeon is sent to players after GungHo Festival.

PADR Treasures: All 5 Elemental Kings available!

As the pic suggests, all 5 of the Elemental Kings will be there and scannable with PAD Radar, at various times below! Scanning in PADR gives the corresponding dungeon in PAD mail.

Dungeon goes to PAD, it’s not a PADR dungeon. Clear for one 6-Year Anniversary Tamadra, one time only gift!

Previously mentioned as well! PADR players at the Fest can battle against the hardest Dragon Caller in game! (The one on stream a while back) 

Limited time per day it seems. Schedule not announced. Defeat him to receive 2,500 Gold in PADR.

Interestingly, the Japan tour didn’t have any goods sold (I was disappointed and didn’t go too). They saved everything for the finale this year (Darn you, GungHo)! Below are some of the things that will be showcased:

13 designs in total, 400 yen each for a random one! Don’t you want your Dragonbounds & Dragon Callers? Each badge is 5.5 cm in diameter, so cute!!

Cup Noodle King!

Kinnikuman’s author designed this instant cup noodle. With Muscles. I have no idea how this relates to PAD, but sure.

Attraction Corner

Play game, and possibly get the newest Monster Memory Set #2 (MAY contain BAthena) early! The QR code won’t work until the official release on 6/23 though.

PAD Illustration Exhibition Corner

Like last year, they will show artwork and artists’ comments of the arts. Some comments are hilarious. See Ovine’s translation of last year illustrations here!

Goods Corner

Okay I wish I were there to shop too. 🙁 Besides below, they generally have older merchandises on sale as well. That’s how I got some of my PAD goods!

T-shirts! 3,200 yen (~28.8 USD) each. Logo, Emblem, and… Eschamali. (LOL what)

 

Interesting note: The Eschamali T-Shirt is Redeeming Steel Star Goddess, Eschamali. The art is different from what we know though!

Clear folders for storing papers. A4 size of course. 400 yen (3.61 USD) each.

PAD Emblem Smartphone cases. Even has a hole for phone straps. Oooh. 3500 yen (31.55 USD) each.

Acrylic stand of Blue and Green Sonias, 1200 yen (10.82 USD) each.

Food Park

Now the hilarious part! This year they have… food. Like a legit festival!

Pizza-La: Buy a slice of Cotton or Yog-Sothoth pizza (500 yen each) for Cotton Sticker!

Lotteria: Cube bread, 900 for 3 in a set. Sonias!

Kukuru, a Takoyaki place from Doutonburi (Osaka): 5 Takoyakis for 500 yen! No idea if each will be an orb as in the anime. Buy that for a PAD anime postcard.

Shoutaian: Meat sushi for 1000 yen. Because you’ll be hungry right?

Annnd other foods! Ice cream cornet (bread), rice with egg and shirasu (small sardines), Nagoya miso-katsu (pork cutlet) rice bowl, Kebab sandwiches (beef or chicken), and thick-cut beef tongue skewers!

Edit: Some Personal Opinion

Okay I’m hungry from typing this up late night, I’m out and I wish I could go to this festival! I wish the regional ones were half as good as this, honestly. 🙁

What I feel was a missed opportunity though, was… Cotton Candy. It could’ve been hard candies with Cotton on it….Why pizza, seriously.

I do find it hilarious that they use Yog-Sothoth and Cotton, since they were one of the most popular votes for the MP Store limited-time additions a while back… (where Yog won).
