[Misc.] The End of Shinrabansho Chocolate

Many might know Shinrabansho chocolate only as a collab in PAD, but the real life chocolate wafers & collectible cards, which has been around for 14 years, will discontinue this year.

We were all shocked to see an urgent announcement from Shinrabansho Choco’s official Twitter that the chocolate series will be discontinued. The final series will be released on 7/22.

The chocolate has been around for 14 years, since March 14, 2005. For many Japanese, it’s part of their childhood/high school memories. Many were shocked about this as well and sad to see it go.

What will happen to the collab in PAD?

No idea. We all hope we’ll see it again before the chocolate series discontinues. At least, I want my

Van Crow too. That 40% gravity!

To be honest, we suspected something weird when the collab didn’t make its 11th return last year…

More info?

I’m in progress writing about everything of Shinrabansho collab in the past. Stay tuned at PDX Academy! 🙂
