Everyone gets a second chance in rolling for a Fest Exclusive! Here are the criteria:
- All 10 mails from the Fest Exclusive gacha mails must be opened and rolled.
- Reach Rank 10 by 5/11 (Mon) 11:59pm JST
Now the important bit. Getting this guaranteed Fest Exclusive gacha will depend on whether you have rolled a Fest Exclusive from the 100 Super Godfest rolls:

It seems that there is a nascent trend of free gifts met with low players satisfaction (remember magic stones Gacha).
Is it GungHo which is stingy (with very low rates) or is it players that have become spoiled brats?
It is more so the latter than the former, if even the former at all. Since we do not get rates for anything that cannot be rolled using money, we only get estimates rates based on community collected data.
I would say that the chance to win 1,000 magic stones for three people, if I remember correctly, everyday for all of September was a mistake. Given the number of players on the Japanese server, only an incredibly small percentage of them would actually win. That being said, it is also more difficult to see if anyone one, as it is not a given where or if someone would post about it.
From that data, there was about a one in three chance of getting the eighty magic stones once, for a total of 152 magic stones. The odds of you getting it are rather high all things considered, and you still got eighty otherwise. Sure, the odds are still against you, but you still have that chance to get more than what you have otherwise. (Not to mention we are just getting more and more magic stones at a regular pace compared to what we did the year before. Yes we have been having back-to-back SGFs, collabs, and special REMs; but no one is forcing you to roll them. What one does with their stones is their responsibility alone. You do not have to roll every single REM.)
In this case, I want to believe that Gungho really did not expect getting even one GFE to be as unlikely as it ended up being. Even if the rates are low, which of course we should not expect them to be all that high (due to getting one hundred free rolls), the number of rolls should have made getting at least one rather likely. It is not wrong to have been expecting that to happen. While an outcry over the matter is to be expected, some players did overreact. The one thing we can even potentially fault Gungho for, in my opinion, is calling it a “Super Godfest”. (Unless that is just the translation we have here, and the characters used are different from the ones they normally refer to SGFs.) That can cause some misconceptions for player’s, but based on the number of rolls, and the specifics of the content, players should not be expecting the rates to be the same as an SGF.
Golden Rule: You don‘t mess with a salty Japanese community 😛 Unfortunately, I got a 7* & 6* GFE. But free gifts are always welcome (I shall welcome you my 15th Minerva)
What do you mean unfortunately? It is not like you lose out on anything. If anything, you stand to gain more. Seeing as the bonus for people who rolled them is one more of the same gacha for each rarity of GFE that they did roll. This means you have two more chances to get GFEs, or any worthwhile pantheons that you might still not own. At worst, you do not get anymore, and then it is just like you did not roll any. It basically puts anyone who rolled less than two GFEs of the same rarity at the same result.
ofc NA player here like damn we didnt even get the 100 rolls. But honestly I could see JP’s anger. Honestly 10 pulls at a regular rated SGF makes more sense. What they did is give everyone 100 pantheons i guess lol. That good ol PAD logic 0% times 1000 is still 0

Wow I had no idea so many people didn’t get any gfe! I personally got five 6* gfes but no 7*, so I am happy for the chance to get a 7*!

I just opened my mailbox and didn’t get anything. I did all 100 rolls before and I’m way above rank 10. Still nothing.
They slowly distribute starting 4pm, doesn’t mean it will come at 4pm sharp. Just be patient.
I only got one super Godfest roll
As Reni said, just be patient. There was a roughly 12 hours lag between the two Godfest rolls (second one being a 7*) in my case.
