As announced last week, there are new evos for Fagan Rai. Here are the details

Ciel (Chibi) had the same skill as Dark Rai but green. Dark Rai’s skill strength doesnt really reflect the rarity and power that a GFE should have. why no skyfall debuff for two turns
Probably for cooldown pricing reasons. Without the debuff, it’d probably take more turns to recharge. And they do like using niche ‘buffs-disguised-as-debuffs’ effects for that sort of thing – see the skill delay actives we’ve seen announced for example.
Niche uses for this debuff: You can spam the skill to simulate having a no-skyfall badge for the same reasons you might actually use that badge, (such as damage control and ensuring skyfall doesn’t cause an element-absorb enemy to survive your attack) and much like Fenrir Viz’s 1-turn jammer skyfall ability, using this skill probably overwrites longer-duration no skyfall effects your enemies might use.
His dark ult has been black since like year 1 or two of pad.
I always forget about Fagan’s evos since I only use him for the gems. I think the dude is just trying to get a rise out of people though.
I bet when Justice League reruns they will Make John Constantine black and give us John Stewart instead of Hal. Black Suit regeneration superman would make sense for a reincarnation though. Eh, the art for all the justice league collab is pretty poor anyways.
