There were many challenges to get us Rainbowpys, including these: (pics from top left to bottom right)

• Iwai Practice run (Challenge #1): +1 Rainbow Py if he can oneshot ROdin witha certain board (failed)
• Iwai Challenge #2: +1 Rainbow Py if Iwai can one-shot “this character” (failed)
• Iwai Challenge 3: +1 King Tamadra… (failed)
• Iwai Challenge 4: +1 Rainbow Py…. (failed)

  … and more not shown.

Eventually though, success! This was actually 3rd Rainbowpy at this time, loooots of skipped gameplay.

5 hours after started recording… zzzz. Even at 6th hour they still failed challenges whoops.

Ryune – Active Skill now locks Water orbs at the end, also -1 Max CD.

Dantalion – Active Skill also Increase orb move time by 2x.

Paimon – Active Skill also nullify attribute absorb effects for 1 turn.

Active Skill max CD reduced to 6 turns from 8.
Leader Skill now goes up to 11x ATK (from 10x).

Akine
Active Skill max CD reduced to 25 turns (from 30)
Leader Skill now scale down to requiring only 2 colors (1 color + Heal) from 3 (2+Heal).
