Where to find this

In PAD Radar, go to Battle tab Solo Play (1人プレイ) Special Dungeon (スペシャルダンジョン) God Canopus Descended! (ゴッドカノープス 降臨！)

This requires Challenge Tickets. (obtained from Chests)
