[PADR] Skill Cooldown Turns Buffs/Nerfs & New Leaders for Both Gachas!

Lots of updates in one maintenance! Basically boils down to Fujin getting nerfed and new Leaders available to roll for, in both Rare Gacha (needs Gold) and Radar Point Gacha (needs Radar Points.

Let’s see what familiar PAD characters are coming to Radar this time!

Active skills buffed for some cards! Most cards got a 1-4 turn cooldown change, EXCEPT FUJIN (13 –> 14 turn CD)

Tl;dr: Fujin got nerfed, finally.

Since most PADR Leaders have random 1 out of 5 skills, I have included possible leaders that are affected by this change. See the chart below:
