This was reported yesterday, but somehow Zapan (Water Elemental King) was running everywhere around Japan! (No wonder it rained so hard yesterday in Japan?)

No announcement whatsoever from GungHo either. Since they’re materials for new evolutions of R/B/G starter dragons, Light Myr, and Dark Athena, perhaps they’re making them more accessible already? Who knows.
