Not really. The rates for the top rarity are the same regardless of what lower rarities are available, or how many lower rarity cards there are. The top rarity rates are only effected by the stone of cost and type of REM. In the case of five stone and six stone collabs, the rate is 2.5% for six stars, and that will not change here. It does make it difficult to roll the middle rarity though.

Seems like GH learned their lesson by making Aizens Revo rather meh 😛 At first glance, nothing seems to be outstanding – Aizens assist is pretty good for Donald and Shinjis base could make a good pair with Dia
Man, Aizen is such a disappointment. No crosses? He put crosses on the map. If you’re gonna make him this irrelevant after all this time, at least keep the crosses around for nostalgia’s sake. His play-style got me hooked on PAD and probably the main reason I still play. He’s playable again but there’s nothing left of what made him so special to PAD.
I didnt read too too throughly, but yea alot of these buffs are seem really disappointing. The assist don’t seem to be anything spectacular either. Tbh if we finally got a freakin coco in NA, instead of giving us 3 water combos to work off of minika who takes 6 water orbs 🙁
Lampeid is a better Coco and is in NA right now.
Rampaid is by no means a better Coco. He is comparable to Coco, and serves as an alternative, but he neither replaces nor exceeds Coco. Rampaid’s first downside is his typing restriction compared to Coco being able to sub all of Water. Rampaid’s Dragon and Attacker restriction does cover a good amount of the subs and pairing that he is looking for, but it does miss out some of the best options for his type of team. While you do get to sub on any card regardless of attribute, as long as they are Dragon or Attacker, they are not going to be contributing much to the team if they are not Water anyway. His second downside is his 2x HP multiplier over a 50% damage reduction with six combos. There are only a few scenarios where you do not have six combos on a given board, so the two of them have practically the same survivability. However, HP multipliers without a shield are susceptible to 100% or higher gravities, which are not uncommon in end game content. While the main danger tends to be the aforementioned form of gravity, large gravities follow by a hit can prove just as lethal, and are arguably more common. His recovery multiplier is also insignificant in almost all gievn scenarios. He either needs to run a heal stick because his sub pool tends to have low recovery, or his pairing handles the recovery problems. This is also another benefit of shields over HP multipliers, as they do not have to heal as much to gain back lost HP. Awakenings are generally irrelevant in scenarios such as this, as cards can be run as subs on the others team more often than not. The one benefit it does have is with pairings that help make up for your box’s limitations. Such as if you do not have VDPs, or you are not dealing enough damage with your VDP, you can always pair with a card that helps resolve the problem. In Coco’s case, it would be that you can pair with your Minaka if you lack them, or Beach Veroah or Kaiba if you do not have enough damage with what you have. It is not the biggest issue, especially in this case, but it does offer more flexibility in what your box needs to provide, as well as what your subs need to do. This brings me to the point of damage. Rampaid’s damage is one the low end of what was the average a year ago. We have only been moving further away from it since, while spawns have been getting tankier. While it is not impossible to compensate for this, it is more difficult. This especially matters in scenarios when you are VDPing, especially if you only have a one, or potentially even two, on the team. That being said, Rampaid’s active does help with this, but it is at the cost of having a potentially more useful active (In this case we are mostly looking at Coco). A higher offensive multiplier means it is less likely you will need a burst, and your subs can supply less. Nonetheless, the burst is there, and does help with this (while his rows do help with non-VDP spawns and potentially even VDP spawns). It also does have a full Awoken bind clear component, meaning you do not need someone else to bring it. Of course the downside on damage can still come into play when there are multiple VDP spawns in a row. Meanwhile, running multiple Rampaids on a team or dual leading him, only magnifies his downsides while stripping him of some of his upsides.
All of that being said, he is still a great card, especially for his rarity, but he is by no means a better Coco.
the 3 water combos is only necessary for FUA. you dont really need 100% of the time with minika.
Kaiba is practically the same as Coco. Kaiba’s damage reduction is vastly inferior to the one Coco has, and you can argue over whose active is better, but they are pretty much the same other than that. (Coco does have balance typing, and Kaiba does have a higher multiplier and better stats with the exception of recovery, but I would not say that those matter all that much. Kaiba’s one more time extend, and lack of skill bind resistance are also negligible.)
If Yoruichi has gotten stat buffs, she could have been a fun sub for Osiris. Sigh
She is a four star in a five stone REM, even if she got stat buffs, they would not give her anything that would be more relevant than what she has now.

If you are talking about Yamamoto, and you are talking about NA, then you are correct. This is a page for JP’s current run of Bleach, which buffed Yamamoto. When we get this in NA in a month or so, he will get the buff.
