The final Normal Dungeons. Training Arena and Extreme Challenge Arena (known simply as Training Arena 2) are essentially damage checks, for they feature spawns with no mechanics, very high HP and/or defense, and hard-hitting attacks. Abbreviations are as follows:

  • TA: Training Arena – No Continues
  • TA2: Extreme Challenge Arena – No Continues (also known as Training Arena 2)

They are mainly run for the 6M/12M Monster EXP provided per clear. This is around the same (if not more) as a single Snow Globe Dragon would give, but is often achieved faster due to the relatively short length of these dungeon, as opposed to other alternatives.

Since they are Normal Dungeons, high damage should be prioritized through means such as Killers or Bursts. Utilities that circumvent certain mechanics such as FUA and bind clears serve no purpose (and thus, no use) in this dungeon.

In addition, there is an event dungeon called True Training Arena which uses the exact same spawns as Training Arena, but also includes dungeon mechanics from Technical Dungeons such as resolves and combo shields.
