There is a soft chance that blackbirb will be centered around >50% hp awakenings and not less than still. I’m kinda surprised the new robot came out this time since we have so many seasonals rn
The problem is in endgame there’s no way >50% will actually be viable unless his loopable active skill has a HP % heal in it (like heal 50% of max HP). I would think it would be less than 50% or VDP (but I’m not sure about that cause of the new PCGF godfest exclusive being based on VDP, plus VDP is too orb hungry for a submarine) or perhaps SFUA (still too orb hungry for a submarine). Most likely <50% then.
before the new rainbow awakenings leads like Shirou+Rider were given high multipliers to try to make them viable. I think we could assume the >50 lead would have a looping active that enhances attack based on the number of awakenings and theres dark element support from Ghostring equip to make it very strong.
The dark guy from the ninja school collab and YYH both already scale off of VDPs and low hp. Euch’s also already has low hp and takoyaki covered for dark too. Scaling off of VDPs works for the ninja guy because of his active and similarly Menoa’s active that converts two colors into one instead of also making heals.
Until a few months ago TPA’s weren’t really viable in endgame and thats witb many attempts like Grig to make them good. I dont think sFUA would be fun to make an entire team around but L Shield would be awesome. it does give an atk boost and would be a fun mechanic to have in addition to a smaller shield like 35%, but they can’t really give players a way to get 20 L shields on a team or it would be game over.
I’m holding out hope that he’ll be a rainbow lead. But I know the odds of that are basically zero
eh, the robots have mostly stayed true to their main attributes. exception being Sea Wolf who is a bi color lead. maybe enhanced orbs and fireworks like Nerg and old Krishna? They have a clean animation for 5o1e
Ngl, the birb looks like something pulled from transformers.
BirB looks awesome though. so does daytona and seawolf. I’m over here wishing that Oak and Naut can get their artwork redone (and animated). I can barely pick apart the robots from the backgrounds for those two and the second and final forms are a bigger amalgamation of mess than both Aten and Yog combined.
