Water Athena Announced! Bathena?

Up on Takara Tomy online store is PAD Monster Memory Set #2 (RL gacha again), which we knew was coming soon. What we didn’t know was the grand prize, B/L Athena!

This set will be on sale starting 6/23 (Sat). Will GungHo BATH in money again this time? (or are players gonna bath in salt?)

Recall from old news when it was announced in CoroCoro. No mention of Bathena or the exact date of release at the time.

Now it’s real! Coming soon on 6/23, B/L Athena! Comes in a pack of 2 random Monster Memories, costs 389 yen (~3.54 USD) each. Just like Dark Ra Dragon, she’s also in a pool of 23 Monster Memories (mix of leaders and subs for PADR again)!

Maybe you’ll get BAth, or maybe you don’t. It’s like a real life Gacha.

Edit: On the package it says that the Monster Memories work on PAD Radar and PAD Cross. No mention of PAD main game.

• SS Rare: 1 total (B/L Athena, sub in PADR, no mention about PAD main game yet.) 

• S Rare, both are leader for PADR: 2 total (Whip, Nyadra) 

• Rare (Subs for PADR): 10 total

• Rare (leader for PADR): 10 total
