Alt. Ultimate Arena is like a carbon copy of Ultimate Arena, but the difficulty spike makes it very different from its original counterpart.
- Alt. Bipolar Goddess (AA1) is a harder version of Bipolar Goddess 1 (A1) + Bipolar Goddess 2 (A2) + Bipolar Goddess 3 (A3).
- Alt. Three Hands of Fate (AA2) is a much harder version of Three Hands of Fate (A4).
- Alt. Grotesque Being (AA3) is a harder version of Grotesque Being (A5).
- Alt. Incarnation of Worlds (AA4) is a harder version of Incarnation of Worlds (A6).
All the Alt. Arenas are abbreviated down to the initials plus the numerical order in which it was released; for example, Alt. Grotesque Being was released third out of the Alt. Arenas, so it is known as AA3. It is highly recommended that AA1 (Alt. Bipolar Goddess) should only be attempted after clearing A3 (Bipolar Goddess 3) at the minimum.
